Event overview

The Test Track Ten Races are St. Luke’s Hospice’s flagship running event organised annually in partnership with Ford Britain Trust and has been embraced by local runners since 2013. The event is once again hosted by Ford Britain Trust at their Dunton Headquarters in Laindon Essex, providing a unique, challenging and almost traffic-free running experience to participants with full access the actual Test Track that is otherwise inaccessible to the public. Spectators are also welcome and will have a unique opportunity to see areas of the Ford site normally prohibited to the general public.

Sleep well

A good night's sleep is an essential foundation for a healthy lifestyle, effective training and weight control.

Train slow

Low-intensity training is easier for you, reduces the risk of injury and helps builds an efficient aerobic system.

Eat natural

Cut out sugar & junk food, reduce carbs, eat natural foods and train your body to burn fat for fuel.

Get outdoors

Fresh air, natural light and reconnecting with nature all help to improve mental and physical wellbeing.
