The 1066 Triathlon | Middle Distance Triathlon

Set in the heart of East Sussex, this sea based triathlon offers Sprint, Standard, and Middle Distance race options, providing an exciting challenge for athletes of all levels. The event starts on the picturesque beaches of Bexhill, where participants will dive into the refreshing sea for a swim that sets the tone for an unforgettable race day. Following the swim, athletes will embark on one of three bike courses: a 20km Sprint, 40km Standard, or a 90km Middle Distance route, all winding through the stunning coastal landscapes of Sussex. The bike course is designed to provide both scenic views and a solid challenge. The run is a lapped course along the flat Bexhill promenade, offering plenty of spectator support before a grand finish in the grounds of the iconic De La Warr Pavilion, where finishers are greeted with their well-deserved medals and celebrated by enthusiastic local supporters. Whether you're a seasoned triathlete or a first timer, this race promises a rewarding experience in an exceptional location, with stunning views, great camaraderie, and the perfect finish to an incredible day. Will will be offering Sprint, Standard and Middle Distance races. Can you Conquer The 1066 Triathlon? A Relay and Aquabike option will be available for both distances.
