U12 boys and girls (800m). U14 boys and girls (1 mile). U16 boys and girls (2 miles). Senior ladies, lady vets and M60 (3 miles). McConnell Shield, men and male vets (5 miles). The race will be chip timed and toilets provided at the course. All races will be in Six Mile Water Park Ballyclare. Number collection will be at East Antrim Harriers clubhouse, Harrier Way Ballyclar. No entries will be taken on race day. There will be age cat prizes as well as the Ladies trophy, Bertie Grimason trophy for Male Vets and the coveted McConnell Shield.
