Well here it was – the first triathlon race of the season for me. This is now the second time I have taken part in this event and I can see it becoming the first event and a regular thing for me each season. Danny M

Good event in a fantastic location (2012 Olympic site), cold water but perfect TRI courses for beginners as it is flat for the bike and running parts. Had a great day and will probably do it again next year... Patrice B

First time for me in open water. Easy access to water and a good transition zone, but a bit boring with the 4 bike loop, nice and flat run. Brian R
