Event overview

The land has been part of a stately home, hunting lodge, and, as always in this area, a coal mine. We’ll be putting on a series of events celebrating the butterflies (and sometimes moths) from around the world! Hopefully, you can join us and add the medals to your Rasselbock collection. The next in the butterfly series is all about the stunning Birdwing Butterfly, named after its size and angular wings. The Birdwing Butterflies are among the largest there are and the males bare some striking colours, it is guaranteed to be a medal that you want to add to your collection!

4 steps to wellbeing
Sleep well

A good night's sleep is an essential foundation for a healthy lifestyle, effective training and weight control.

Train slow

Low-intensity training is easier for you, reduces the risk of injury and helps builds an efficient aerobic system.

Eat natural

Cut out sugar & junk food, reduce carbs, eat natural foods and train your body to burn fat for fuel.

Get outdoors

Fresh air, natural light and reconnecting with nature all help to improve mental and physical wellbeing.
