Event overview

Experienced Gravel Riders in 2024 described The Dalby Devil Gravel Ride as one of their favourite gravel rides in the whole of the UK!! In 2025 we will also have the support of SCOTT who will be there on the Saturday & Sunday as well as providing some spot prizes. Choose between 50km, 80km, 130km or 160km GRAVEL SPORTIVES which are mainly on fire roads around this huge Forest in the North Yorkshire Moors with some outstanding views. The 50km & 80km rides are single laps and the 130 & 160km rides are 1.5 laps and 2 laps. There is no cut off time for the rides but we recommend the 50km and 80km ride for novices and the longer rides for more experienced riders.

4 steps to wellbeing
Sleep well

A good night's sleep is an essential foundation for a healthy lifestyle, effective training and weight control.

Train slow

Low-intensity training is easier for you, reduces the risk of injury and helps builds an efficient aerobic system.

Eat natural

Cut out sugar & junk food, reduce carbs, eat natural foods and train your body to burn fat for fuel.

Get outdoors

Fresh air, natural light and reconnecting with nature all help to improve mental and physical wellbeing.
