Get involved in this flat & scenic 10k run along road and the riverside towpath this year. All abilities welcome! The race starts and finishes on the track, takes a stretch of the Thames towpath and a small part on local roads. Please be aware that there is a section of the route, on part of the towpath, where the faster runners will meet the slower oncoming runners. Please keep keep to the right on this section.
