We had a fab day at the Isle of Wight marathon. The race was well supported and the scenery was beautiful! A tough course but really enjoyable. Alexandra C
Second year I've done it and whilst I can't say I loved miles 20 to 22, everything else was brilliant. Well organised, challenging course, great support at the water stations. Russell B
Brilliant event with such lovely people organising and marshalling. Thank you so much. Kate P
The support from marshals and supporters was incredibleโฆ the encouragement from every single one was such a well needed boost. Lots of water stations and not spread out too far was brilliant. Itโs a tough course mentally and physically but wow! What an experience and I feel truly blessed to have been able to do it. Lucy B
The course was perfectly marked, and the entire event was flawlessly managed. Highly recommended! James M
Brilliant marathon! Lovely atmosphere, great marshalls. Emily B
Came over on my own to do this Marathon. Had a really great time. That course is tougher than you think but by some miracle I got a PB. Great staff. Really enjoyed the community hall. Great bar and really nice people. Thank to all. Adrian W
A really challenging marathon in lovely countryside, on good tarmac roads. Having 8 water stations plus lots of friendly marshals guiding, encouraging and plenty of sweet treats really made a difference to me. If I'm feeling brave enough, I'll be back next year! Steven M
Great event, ran by a lovely friendly club. The course was marshalled excellently with water/aid stops every 3-4 miles. 10 out of 10. Rob F
Second time at the IOW marathon and I love how it's organised. Everything is super easy. The facilities at HQ are good, collection of race numbers efficient. Very helpful and supportive marshaling with locals contributing to the vibe. Joe L
