Low key, low pressure but great organisation and medal. I love the relaxed atmosphere of a Denzil run. Run and walk when you want, lots of interesting stuff to see on the way round and running with likeminded runners. One of the fellow runners only planned to do 16m but enjoyed it so much she completed the marathon! Rob M
