Now in its 19th year, the Porthkerry 5 MT is 5 mile, mixed-terrain race set within the 220 acres of Porthkerry Country Park, with stunning views of the Bristol Channel and Glamorgan Heritage Coast.

The race has a long-established reputation as a popular fixture on the local running calendar, with a course that’s challenging enough for experienced runners but equally suited to newer and social runners looking to try a mixed-terrain race. We're sticking with our popular, sell-out 'low cost, no frills' approach to our club races at Porthkerry and Cosmeston Lakes Country Parks. Don't leave it too late to sign up - or you could miss out on a place! Prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place men and women plus age group winners' prizes. Please note there's a time limit of 1 hour 15 minutes for completing the race. Please don't enter if you're unable to finish inside this time.
