The Valley of the Owls Run | 10K

These routes are taken in the village of Ousden which is known as the Valley of the Owls in Suffolk, with some of the oldest roads in England and very beautiful countryside. We will be utilising the Ousden route (Trail route) which is a Half marathon Loop, it will have a turn around point for 5k & 10k Participants and an aid station approximately 10k round the Route, so you'll be able to top up every 10k with refreshments. It's a seven-hour cut off. Your race, your pace, your distance!This race offers you a number of distance choices - 5k, 10k, Half, Full or Ultra.
