Your challenge is to walk 10,000 steps a day throughout November - that's an incredible 300,000 steps! You’ll be helping veterans and their families, all while enjoying the freedom to walk in your own time and your own favourite spots.

Plus, you’ll be connected to an encouraging Facebook group, cheering you along the way. Once you've reached your steps goal and raised £100, you'll receive your medal!
