Event overview

2026 will see the launch of Tour de Trowbridge, a charity cycling event hosted by Trowbridge Chamber of Commerce. Four great routes, approximately 5, 25, 46 and 79 miles will leave Trowbridge Town Park  and head into fantastic Wiltshire countryside. We have recently added the 5 mile route which is ideal for families to explore the cycling network in and around Trowbridge. This route will incorporate some quiet roads and a number of dedicated cycleways so will be perfect for young and old alike. Whether you’re an experienced cyclist or looking for a new challenge, join us for a day of camaraderie, purpose, and impact. Together, we can make a difference.

4 steps to wellbeing
Sleep well

A good night's sleep is an essential foundation for a healthy lifestyle, effective training and weight control.

Train slow

Low-intensity training is easier for you, reduces the risk of injury and helps builds an efficient aerobic system.

Eat natural

Cut out sugar & junk food, reduce carbs, eat natural foods and train your body to burn fat for fuel.

Get outdoors

Fresh air, natural light and reconnecting with nature all help to improve mental and physical wellbeing.
