A lovely undulating out and back route with some great scenery and fantastic marshals which takes in part of the Taff trail towards Nantgarw.

Starting at the Pottery pub on Treforest industrial estate, the route heads down the industrial estate to Glan y Llyn. It then crosses over to the Taff trail via Taffs Well football field. A steady ascent on the trail to the turnaround at point B.
