It includes swimming in the 25 meter pool at the Dwyfor Byw'n Iach Centre, before cycling on a closed road and running along the coast path*. The final round of the Tristar Wales 2024 series. *Cycle and running routes will be different on all races, and not all races will be held on closed roads.
