Event overview

It is a beautiful location with plenty of great views, woodland walks and running trails. This annual event attracts a range of entries from fast elite runners to first-timers and fun runners. The course has everything, from woodland trails to grassy fields plus a few hills and some fast tarmac roads – the entire course is within Trent Country Park. The race will be chip timed with results available online following the race. Race photographs will also be available to download for free via our website soon after the race. The adult's race for ages 16 and over will be run under UKA rules. Alongside the senior race, there is the 4.5 km Junior Race for U16s and a 2 km Fun Run for U12s. The junior and fun fun course has additional marshals and is open to all from 9 to 16 years old. Please note, this event is designed for runners only. Due to the nature of the race, we are unable to accommodate walkers, so please be prepared to run the course. For safety reasons, pushchairs, wheelchairs, and dogs are not permitted in the race.
