With Thanksgiving on the horizon, come and join this winter event at the fantastic Suffolk Running Centre!
There is a 6-hour event starting at 9am or a 4-hour event starting at 11am. Run as far as you can during the time, plus a little bit more if you're lucky. As long as you leave Base Camp by 5:59:59 you get to run another lap! Rest between laps then head out for more.
The 5.3K lap through the forest consists of gravel footpaths and some grassy areas - so a true multi-terrain course.
You may be completing your first official 5K, 10K, Half Marathon, Full Marathon or even Ultra Marathon, or it may be your 100th or 1000th event!
With next to no navigation, no special kit requirements, an aid station every lap and straightforward logistics - this is ideal for going further than ever before.
There will be a bespoke medal for the event, which you will receive at the end of the race. Or if you choose the 'green' lucky dip option, you will choose from a selection of previous medals.
This event is part of Turkey Trot.
A team discount may be available depending on numbers - simply get in touch for details.
Dogs are not allowed at this venue.
The suggestion is to wear road trainers, but depending on the weather before the event you may want to bring trails if you have them but not essential.

Encourages the enjoyment of running. Penny Robinson
Blown away! As always, excellent event, warm welcome by the team, no pressure/judgement and always lots of encouragement, to run your own way. The ability to raise or lower your distance, depending on how you feel. Yesterday was blustery, and some of the trails were muddy, so tough. But the choice of cakes and hot drinks at the end makes it all worthwhile. Helen Torode
It was my first run and it felt like an event rather than a race and there was no pressure which I highly prefer. Louise Barrett
Excellent. Fantastic event in tough conditions. Brilliant marshals and an easy to follow course. Martyn Coulter
These runs are always great. I use them as training runs for longer events. They are perfect to test food, drinks, kit, shoes etc since every 5k you are back at your bag and can change things around. This makes it very beginner friendly. The organisation is very friendly and there is lots of cake around. Definitely recommend! Jan Voorspoels
