Ultra:5K

Ultra:5K 2024 will be the 8th running of the event, and takes place at Box End Park, Kempston, Bedford! If you are new to Ultra:5K, you’ve missed a great first seven years! Come and be part of something very special… a running event that introduces the element of strategy into your running. The format is simple but challenging. There are 2 individual options on race day… 
Individual Ultra:5K Five – 5 x 5K races, on the hour, every hour, for 5 hours.• 
Individual Ultra:5K Three – 3 x 5K races, on the hour, every hour, for 3 hours.
