Take up Couch to 5K to help boost your confidence and self-belief, as you prove to yourself that you can set yourself a target and achieve a goal. Take part in our Wakefield Hospice 1K Fun-Run! A perfect way for the whole family to get involved with the magic of the Wakefield 10K day and take part in raising funds for Wakefield Hospice. All ages welcome, the run kicks off straight after the conclusion of the Wakefield 10K inside Thornes Park.
