Wild Hybrid Lake District - Bowness, Windermere Solos | 5K Ruck Run

This beautiful venue on the Lakeside is just a few hundred metres from the heart of Bowness with ample parking, hotels and campsites. Competitors will run around the trail paths surrounding the venue with the work stations on a grassed area overlooking the Lake. Competitors can run either a 5km or 10km trail run with a 10kg pack (men) 7kg pack (women) Competitors must bring their own pack and these will be weighed at registration.
