This year we will also be running a training programme for newer athletes. For beginners and people getting back into fitness. The Willesden Aquathlon consists of 400m swimming in Willesden sports centre indoor pool and 5km running in King Edward VII park. The event is aimed at all levels from triathletes wanting to challenge their personal best to first timers that want a friendly race to start with!
