Wimbleball Triathlon | Iron Distance Triathlon

It’s a superb triathlon venue which hosted Ironman 70.3 for ten years. That means ample space for our transition, event village & finish area. And plenty of camping available close to the main event area. We’re also, for the first time at Wimbleball, organising an iron distance triathlon taking place on the same day as the 70.3. You start with a swim in the lake, where swimming is not normally permitted. Then it’s onto the quiet, albeit lumpy, local roads for the one (Standard), two lap (70.3) or four lap (iron) bike. Finally it’s one, two or four laps of our stunning 10.5K run course, which also has a few lumps along the way. There is plenty of camping at Wimbleball Lake so why not make a weekend of it?
