The race starts and finishes at the glorious and famous Wimbledon Common next to the Rushmere Pond.
Beautiful day, perfect conditions, well laid-out course with plenty of signs and marshals; no Wombles though.
Make sure you don’t miss this opportunity of running through the streets of Wimbledon.
All runners will receive a medal for finishing as well as loads of goodies at the finish, including water, juices, fruit and a chocolate bar!
The latest chip timing technology is used, so you will get an accurate finishing time. The results are posted as soon as you cross the finish line! There will be a free baggage drop facility for you to use too.
An official race photographer will be in attendance around the course, so make sure they catch you when you are looking your very best!
There will also be a pre-race warm-up around 10 minutes before the race start to warm up those tight muscles, so you will be ready for the run. All in all, the race is ready – the question is, are you ready to take on the challenge?

Decent route - the hill for the second time at mile 10 nearly finished me! Would rather one big loop rather than two personally but generally a steady run and enjoyed it for my first half marathon attempt. Helen W

Beautiful route, well organised and great medal! I have ran 10 half marathons this year, and this was my absolute favourite. The marshalls were superb and very encouraging! The route was lovely. Also, Capri sun & Kitkat at the finish - would’ve run faster if I knew that was waiting for me!
