Wix 5 Mile

This year's race is being held in memory of a past Harwich Runner's member, Gary Donoghue, who had been an active member of the club, helping with coaching and in the past, had been Wix5 Race Director for many years. This year, with Gary in mind, we have also established a partnership with MANUP? - A male mental health charity https://www.manup.how - they will be present at the event, and we will also be making a donation to them from the proceeds of this event. This five-mile road course is a single, anti-clockwise lap through Wix, Stones Green and passing Great Oakley. It is predominantly flat and has great PB potential. Car Parking will be available at the old Wix Equestrian Centre. Runners are strongly encouraged to car share to reduce the environmental impact. Entry is £16. Full chip-timed race results will be provided. Entries are limited to 300 places. It is run under EA Licence. We look forward to seeing you there.
