One of the south coast's most popular seafront races, the Worthing 10K delivers a fast, flat route with open sea views throughout. Rated 4.4/5 by 151 runners, it has a well-earned reputation as a favourite autumn event.
Starting and finishing at Beach House Grounds next to Splashpoint, the out-and-back course heads west along the promenade towards Goring, with fresh sea air and wide coastal horizons making it an energising and memorable run whatever your pace.

Overview
Starting at Splashpoint on Brighton Road, this out-and-back seafront 10K heads west along Worthing's promenade towards Goring, returning to finish at Beach House Park on the seafront.
The route is almost entirely flat, following the open promenade with uninterrupted sea views throughout, before a short section of parkland near the Beach House finish line.
