Event overview

No doubt, you often cry "Where's the finish?!"

Brandon Country Park is in the very heart of the beautiful Thetford Forest.

Choose your challenge between a 6-hour event starting at 9am, or a 4-hour event starting at 11am. The goal is simple: run as many laps as you can before time runs out. As long as you leave Base Camp before the cutoff (5:59:59 for the 6-hour, 3:59:59 for the 4-hour), you're free to start another lap. Pace yourself, rest between laps, and keep going.

Each 5.3K lap winds through forest on a mix of gravel footpaths and grassy sections. It's a genuine multi-terrain course that's varied enough to keep things interesting.

Whether this is your first official 5K or your thousandth event, there's a distance for everyone:

  • Heavy Half | 5–7 laps
  • Ultra | 9–12 laps

With minimal navigation, no specialist kit required, an aid station at the end of every lap, and straightforward logistics, this is the perfect setup for pushing further than you've gone before.

Every finisher receives a bespoke event medal at the end of the race. Prefer a more sustainable option? Choose the 'green' lucky dip and pick from a selection of medals from previous events.
