Event overview

An exciting return for this event, now organised by Steve Cram and Worcestershire County Council. The 5K and 10K are chip timed with bespoke medals for all finishers. The route is perfect for a fast time as well as anyone new to running - with lots of on-course encouragement from our team of pacers. There's also a "Families on Track" Relay for the kids, as well food stalls, music and more.

This event is part of Wythall & Hollywood Fun Run.

Train slow

Low-intensity training is easier for you, reduces the risk of injury and helps builds an efficient aerobic system.

Eat natural

Cut out sugar & junk food, reduce carbs, eat natural foods and train your body to burn fat for fuel.

Get outdoors

Fresh air, natural light and reconnecting with nature all help to improve mental and physical wellbeing.
