Trail narrative is available to download from our website. This will also have the links to Strava and mapmyrun route maps. Simply turn up at the YHA cafe, grab your number and event T-shirt and make your way to the start line at the top of the bridge. Bottled water provided at the beginning, water station half way and free tea/coffee and cake at the end. Getting to the start. Ideally train or cycle to Southease on the Lewes-Seaford line. There is very limited amount of parking in the area!!!! Train times will be confirmed when the start list is emailed out to you. Take enough clothing, water and nutrition for the weather! We recommend trail shoes as some parts are slippery under foot. Have fun and enjoy the views!
