Take on the challenging yet incredible Yorkshire Three Peaks and summit Pen-y-ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough in just under 12 hours to raise money for Birmingham Hospice.
The Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge is one of Britain’s classic hill-walking challenges and sees you summit the three highest peaks of Yorkshire in one day! You'll be led by a highly experienced and qualified Mountain Leader all the way, meaning you can focus on completing your hiking challenge safely and successfully without the need to navigate.
It's important to train for this challenge as it is much tougher than many people expect. The team really wants you to complete the full circuit and make it up that third and final peak where drop-out is highest. Hill-walking is the ideal training however if you don't have hills nearby, stair-climbing at home or at the office, combined with walking, is good too.

Each participant will pledge to raise a minimum sponsorship of £350 when signing up. Your registration fee will help towards the overall cost of the trek. It’s your sponsorship that will make a real difference. All participants will be asked to raise a minimum of £250 sponsorship before the date of the trek (you then have until 6 weeks after the event to raise the remaining amount). The hospice is here to help you every step of the way in reaching your target and are happy to provide promotional materials to help fundraise, boost your fundraising page, and discuss new ideas.
This trek is open to participants from the age of 12 or upwards (at the time of the event), with anyone under the age of 18 being accompanied by their parent/guardian.
