My goal Tue 17 Oct 202330 before I'm 30!
I've never run an ultra before and reckon this as good a time as any to give it a go. Not sure if this will be at an event or just round the local woods!

Suffolk Coastal Path 50
This will be my first ultra marathon, completing my goal of running 30 miles before I hit 30 myself!

Muggy lunchtime run!
A warm couple of miles with the training partner today, all part of getting ready for the Suffolk Coastal Path 50K in September. Only another 47k to add onto that.

London Landmarks Half Marathon
I'm running this for Movember, a) because it looks like a great event and b) because they're definitely a great charity. I've run the distance before but never in an official half marathon!

Off-road 10K in preparation for London Landmarks Half Marathon!
Managed to get just over six miles under my belt for the first time this year, running with the dogs through the woods!
