5 mile run with Tara followed by a canal barge cafe butty! Perfect start to a Monday!
Run from 🚗 to and from Leeds Running Festival and a half marathon in the middle - lovely location and the sun came out to watch too! 😎
Lovely day for a walk at Bolton Abbey with obligatory tearoom stop for ☕️ 🍰 and a 🐶 icecream!
16 miles long run ✅ Two little fast walk intervals sneaked in to take in extra fuel and finish 🤭 but 16 miles banked to the legs.
Don’t often run on an evening but that was glorious! Loved every second of that blue sky. 😍 5 miles ✅

Lovely little 4 miles through the woods of the Meanwood Valley Trail with a friend. We may or may not have taken a couple of wrong turns but laughed about them over brekkie sandwiches! 😆

Decided to do the weekend long run a little different! A lovely local event, a little more than 10k due to organisers need to tweak the course - the addition of a hill made it interesting but ran it for the mint aero! 😋🍫🏅

What a day! The hours flew by cheering and shouting for the Rob Burrow Leeds Marathon runners including two legend friends beating those Yorkshire hills! An epic event on a tough course in unexpected heat! Those runners were amazing! 🙌

Thought it was time to sign up for a little 10k local race as part of building up distance. That’ll do for the weekends long run.
Sort of by accident, sort of not! Had registered months ago then written it off, only to have a let’s see what happens moment! Very happy!
