Weight limits

All Airfields have a weight limit for parachuting – the majority are 15 stone. However, certain airfields have both higher and lower weight limits. During the booking process you will be able to see the maximum weight limit for your chosen airfield.

Spectators

You are welcome to bring along supporters and recommend that they arrive about an hour after your arrival time – this would give you time to have your training and get kitted up.

Jumps are weather dependent, so it's not usually possible to specify a jump time prior to the day.

You will receive an arrival time once you are confirmed with the airfield – this is when you will check in and receive your training for the jump. The jump time would depend on the weather and how many other people are booked in that day. There is a small chance you could wait all day until you jump. The airfields do operate a first come first served basis – so the earlier you arrive the earlier you will jump!

Every childhood is worth fighting for.

The NSPCC has been here for children for over 140 years. They are the leading children’s charity fighting to end child abuse in the UK. Everything they do protects children today and prevents abuse tomorrow.

Every pound you raise will enable them to fight non-stop to help all children have the best start in life, happy and free from abuse and neglect.

On average, two children contact Childline for help every minute. It costs £4 to answer them.

By raising the Big Skydive fundraising target, you could pay for up to 106 children to get the help and support they need from Childline counsellors.

Stand with us. Jump for us. Together we can help change children's lives.

This is the most exhilarating thing I have done for NSPCC to protect children. It was the best experience of my life. Archana
