    Training update

    training week one

    training has started for the Great North run, a mixture of running and strength training lasting 40 weeks. I haven't run seriously since 2016 so taking this slowly. plenty of stiff legs and a few aches but we all start somewhere.

Low-intensity training is easier for you, reduces the risk of injury and helps builds an efficient aerobic system.
