Event overview
The GetPRO Bath Half is one of the UK’s most prestigious half marathons and is the largest charity fundraising event in south-west England. Since 2000, more than £30 million has been raised for charity at the Bath Half.
UK's only World Heritage City
You too can join this meaningful event and explore Britain's only World Heritage City by becoming a charity runner, ie, secure a charity place in return for raising funds for a charity.
What are charity places?
Charities buy places in this event, then give them to runners who agree to raise money for the charity – these are called charity places. Charity places are a great way to support a good cause and get a place in the event, especially if general entries are closed.
All places for last year's event sold out, but you can reserve your start-line position by choosing from the charities on this page.
Benefits of running for charity
Committing to raising money for charity gives you motivation to get outside and run, plus many extras which will elevate your event experience - see the Fundraising section.
The Bath Half and charity fundraising go hand-in-hand - which charity will you run for?
Prefer to enter directly? General entry options are explained on the GetPRO Bath Half page.
