You'll start at the town of Corwen in the Dee Valley, and follow the signage up the Dee Valley, crossing over to the A5 in Conwy county, before climbing up to the sprawling Clocaenog Forest. You'll soon hit the shores of Llyn Brenig for the flat and scenic 'run' in to the picturesque finish on the dam. Distance: 50km Ascent: 1450m Runners can expect a great mixture of terrain, from country lanes to tecnichal clmbs and descents, grassy riverside paths and forest tracks where you can really stretch your legs!
