Nettleden Duathlon | Duathlon

The Duathlon this year begins with a 6k run, followed by a 24km cycle and then finishing with another 6k run. Both legs of the run are on the same route. You can run the race as an individual or as part of a relay team. Tea, coffee and cake is available in morning and there is a BBQ afterwards.Kids are welcome to come along and support or even take part in a fun race with different year groups from 4-14 doing loops around the grounds of Nettleden Lodge, all safety away from public roads. There is no formal entry required for the kids event and it starts after the Duathlon prize giving.
