The numbers
To give you an idea of number of laps, based on lane 1 (the inside lane):
- 5K = 12.5 laps
- 10K = 25 laps
- Half Marathon = 52.75 laps
- Full Marathon = 105.5 laps
- 50K Ultra = 125 laps
