As part of the Fireworks Festival of Running, come along and tackle the epic 12-hour challenge!

Do you have it in you to keep going for 12 hours on a 400 metre athletics track?

The numbers

To give you an idea of number of laps, based on lane 1 (the inside lane):

  • 5K = 12.5 laps
  • 10K =  25 laps
  • Half Marathon = 52.75 laps
  • Full Marathon = 105.5 laps
  • 50K Ultra = 125 laps
