Event overview

The route doesn’t link together iconic roads or tourist honeypots, but journeys through the heart of the old Border Marches, to reach the beach. Welcome – food, fire and Scott frontier hospitality. Both events have the same start, same route, same finish, same finish party, and same brunch by the beach party on Sunday morning.

Train slow

Low-intensity training is easier for you, reduces the risk of injury and helps builds an efficient aerobic system.

Eat natural

Cut out sugar & junk food, reduce carbs, eat natural foods and train your body to burn fat for fuel.

Get outdoors

Fresh air, natural light and reconnecting with nature all help to improve mental and physical wellbeing.
