Sun City Duathlon

A spectacular scenic course along the coast, the bike course is a straightforward 4-lap route along the coast road, bookended by a run along the beachfront into Roker Park and returning along the coastal path to the tram shelter. Suitable for beginners and experienced athletes, the nature of the multi-lap course makes it ideal for spectators with cafés and coffee shops along the route. Our base is the Grand Hotel on the seafront where there are ample facilities.
