Racing through the centre of Sunderland and along its coastal roads, this series of running races form one of the North's biggest running events! Over 5,000 people join the half marathon, 10K and 3K races, creating a brilliant atmosphere that is inclusive and exciting!
As well as the superbly organised routes, you can expect great support from crowds and the scores of enthusiastic volunteers. Combined with entertainment at the event village, there's something for everyone in Sunderland, whether you're a first-time racer or an experienced runner.
Everybody is welcome to run the half marathon, 10K or 3K, no matter how fast you are!
If you do fancy racing, Nike kit is up for grabs for podium finishers.
