if you don’t fancy running and cycling then you have the option to team up with a friend and split the workload!! Sprint – 5k Run – 19.5k Cycle – 2.5k Run. This event can be done solo or as a duo, 1 cyclist and 1 runner. Only the cyclist needs to enter for the Duo, runner details will be taken on the night. Run - Mostly track and trail with small stretches of road. Cycle - All Road.
