Overview

The route takes runners on a scenic tour of Ryde and its surrounding countryside, following quiet rural lanes with a mix of gentle climbs and fast, flowing descents.

Along the way, you’ll enjoy sweeping views across the Solent, stretches of peaceful farmland, and a few testing hills to keep things interesting before a satisfying downhill run back towards the finish.
