Truly an incredible experience. Finland is such a stunning country in particular Lahti where the race starts and finishes. The route was extraordinary through the forests leading to picturesque scenery of lakes was stunning! All the crew were lovely and so encouraging and you felt supported throughout. The community of runners was to be felt from before the start and continued after the race- a truly magical experience with lovely like-minded people, friendships were made. I would come back and race again and encourage anyone thinking about signing up for this race to DO IT! Finland and ULTRA X will not disappoint. Hayley D
I’d never really thought of going to Finland before I signed up, but I will definitely be going back. It feels like you’ve stepped straight into a fairytale! You don’t have to go far before you’re in beautiful forests that touch the sky and open up onto clear blue lakes. Everywhere you look has a breathtaking view. I can’t wait to explore more of Finland, definitely one to add to your bucket list. Holly B
A great weekend away exploring a new country! Lush runnable forest trails and a few especially beautiful spots on the course by the lakes. Wholesome vibes as with all Ultra X races and great to meet many first time ultra runners! Rahil Sachak- Patwa
