Overview

Get ready York to MoRun around the stunning York Racecourse! The first 2km is pathway and then 2km to 5km is grass with one incline and some bumps here and there, could be quite muddy if it's been raining! The course is mainly flat with one incline and is dog friendly. 5K is one lap, the 10K is two laps and the half marathon is 4 laps with one extra 1.1k section. The course is not suitable for wheelchair users. Off road running buggies are OK as long as it's not too muddy. Two sections of the course are road crossings so please take care at these points.

The race was well organised and the marshals were friendly. The course is flat, very good for first-time runners, The comfort area was very clean, there were lots of places to park and the spectators were happy that they could park and cheer the runners on. Very good race in an area that is easy to get to. Coralin H
