    I ran 496km this January - Which is a Sean Conway challenge, whereby you run 1k on the 1st, 2k on the 2nd of the month and so on until the 31st whereby you run 31km. What challenge is next??!!

    That's a cracking run. Take plenty of water if it's hot or a filter - I got the Hippo Filter Kit from AlpKit and it's brilliant for those longer stretches.

    Yeah definitely…. Gonna get a filter kit soon. After last couple of years with weather and some aid stations get low if weather is hot!!
