Long distance aquabikes in the UK
A long distance aquabike is basically an Ironman without the marathon at the end but still one of the toughest event formats around and only do-able by very committed athletes. These long-distance events involve a 2.4-mile swim (3.9km) followed by a 112-mile bike ride (180km) so you'll need some serious training to comfortably cross the finish line.
