Starting on the historic Royal Mile, this incredible city centre route takes you past the iconic attractions of Edinburgh.
You'll head past the Scottish National Gallery and into Princes Street Gardens, with the iconic Edinburgh Castle as your backdrop. It then goes past the Scott Monument and swoops past the Scottish Parliament building, before carrying onto Holyrood Park. Here you take in the spectacular Arthurs Seat, as well as Holyrood Palace and Dynamic Earth, before heading on to the Grassmarket.
As you reach the hustle and bustle of the Grassmarket you're past the half way point, where the cheering crowds will help you on your way to a grandstand finish at BT Murrayfield Stadium.

Saving more women's lives through early diagnosis and treatment.
In the UK, 7,300 women are diagnosed with ovarian cancer every year and 11 women die every day. Target Ovarian Cancer works to improve early diagnosis, fund innovative research and provide help and support to women affected.
£25 could help 100 people learn about ovarian cancer symptoms or £50 could provide updated knowledge to 100 GPs.
This is a common concern but once you get signed up and start fundraising the team at Target Ovarian Cancer will have plenty of tips for reaching (and smashing!) the target. If you think you're going to struggle, the best thing to do is have a chat with them as each charity has its own approach.
Just click 'Find out more now' and fill in the enquiry form to get their contact details - if you put your question in, someone from their team will get back to you.

Every £9.38 raised can pay for an hour of support from their Freephone Dementia Helpline; £100 could help their Community Activity Organisers run a group like Music Memories or £880 could fund a day of dementia research.
