"Your crew were unbelievable. So motivating, friendly. Genuinely cannot say enough good things about them. Please thank them all. The finish line made me feel like a rock star!!!" - Jo Sacks, 2017 participant
"Without doubt the best organised event I have ever been to. From start to finish we were looked after and treated like kings. The pit stops were better stocked than my local corner shop and had everything you could wish for. The overnight camp was like a spa break on the Downs great food, bar, showers, massage tent and much more. The staff on the event couldn't do more from helping with bags and filling water bottles to the endless encouragement, even the photos were freely uploaded direct to Facebook so friends and family could track progress. Sensational thank you so much." - Simon Whitmore

Find a cure and improve life for everyone affected by Parkinson’s.
Around one UK adult in every 350 is diagnosed with Parkinson's, a progressive brain condition that can affect movement, sleep, memory and mental health.
Parkinson's UK funds ground-breaking research into a cure and new treatments, campaigns for better awareness and provides support to people affected by Parkinson's.
You can help raise funds where £20 funds an hour of specialist nursing care, £48 funds a clinical researcher for two hours or £140 pays for ten helpline advisers to provide advice and information.
This is a common concern but once you get signed up and start fundraising the team at Parkinson's UK will have plenty of tips for reaching (and smashing!) the target. If you think you're going to struggle, the best thing to do is have a chat with them as each charity has its own approach.
