The 4th year of the standard distance duathlon, 4.5 mile run, 17 mile cycle, 3 mile run.

The run route is the same as in 2022 and will be three loops of an approximately 1.5 mile undulating run course before a 17 mile bike loop and then back to finish with two loops of the run course.
