It’s big. It’s bold. It’s gutsy. It’s the UK’s one and only disability sports series for the Everyday Superhero!
There are three unique challenges to choose from and three very different ways to take part. You can fly solo, unite with family and friends for our team relays, or tow your Superhero around the entire course in our world first Sidekick Tris.
Many UK charities can offer you guaranteed entry into this event in return for raising funds. This means that you become part of a charity team in the run-up to the event, on the big day itself and beyond!

We exist to make this country a place where disabled people have the same opportunities as everyone else.
We’re the disability equality charity. We'll be here until we achieve a society where all disabled people enjoy fairness and equality. We provide emotional support and practical advice to disabled people and their loved ones whenever they need it. Collectively, we use our power to change attitudes and end injustice. And we campaign relentlessly to create a fairer society.

Through specialist mobility equipment, real work experience, education and essential life skills training, my AFK helps disabled children and young people become more independent and lead fulfilling lives.
From 14 years of age, my AFK introduces disabled students to the world of work and prepares them for the transition to life after school with the end goal of paid employment.
